**Investor Services Officer 6 month FTC****Edinburgh****Hybrid £Competitive + excellent benefits + career progression**We’re looking for an **Investor Services Officer** to join FNZ’s Investment Operations team in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality client service through accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.**What you’ll be doing:**The role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.Your key responsibilities will include:Transaction Processing* Accurately process work items within allocated timescales.* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service level agreements (SLAs).* Conduct thorough checks to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.Client Communication* Draft and respond to client emails in a clear, professional, and timely manner.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service.* Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.Quality and Control* Maintain strong attention to detail when handling repetitive and high-volume tasks.* Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.Independent Work* Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.* Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for accuracy and timeliness.**What we’re looking for:**You’ll be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients.
