FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. You will lead the UK Employment Rights Reform Programme, translating complex legislation into practical policies, frameworks and operating models across FNZ's UK operations.
You will work with Legal, Payroll, HR Systems and senior leaders to ensure compliance, operational readiness and minimal risk, while shaping manager capability.
