FNZ is seeking a Corporate Actions Officer to join our Investment Operations function. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a fast-paced, growing FinTech business that sits at the heart of the global wealth management industry. You’ll play a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing of corporate actions across a wide range of investments on the FNZ platform. Working closely with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams, you’ll help ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions — from initial notification through to processing, reconciliation, and closure.
- Accurately capture, verify, and update corporate action events within FNZ systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or queries, escalating complex cases where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and internal compliance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with third-party custodians, fund managers, and internal departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely execution.
- Maintain clear communication with key internal stakeholders regarding status updates and issue resolution.
