Location: Somerset, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operation activities, including receiving, picking, repacking, and shipping.
  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and monitor workflow.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze WMS reports to improve efficiency and identify process improvements.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve order or inventory issues.
  • All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Micro Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
