The Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth & Marketing Associate to drive campaign planning, execution, and growth strategy. You'll own campaigns end-to-end with real budget and real impact—deciding where, when, and how we reach students and parents across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage media plans, budgets, and buying schedules that maximize reach and ROI
- Plan and execute campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok), SEM (Google Ads), display, and offline channels
- Monitor enrollment trends and build quarterly marketing plans based on data insights
- Continuously optimize campaign performance and spend allocation
- Track and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and translate data into actionable insights
- Manage media budgets and negotiate with vendors to optimize cost efficiency
- Collaborate with content, enrollment, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
Requirements
Essential:
- 2-4 years of experience in campaign planning, media buying, or performance marketing
- Agency experience (media agency or integrated agency) strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Proven track record managing real media budgets ($50K+ monthly)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar)
- Data-driven decision maker who relies on metrics, not gut feel
- Self-directed and comfortable in fast-paced, lean team environments
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to Gen Z audiences
- Background in education sector or EdTech
- Understanding of Singapore education landscape
