This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to the senior executive team. You will be the "General" on the ground, commanding a multi-disciplinary team and managing a portfolio of 25+ residential and commercial assets across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Command: Lead and mentor a team of 3 Managers and 3 Technicians, ensuring clear delegation and peak performance.
- Standardization (SOPs): Design and execute comprehensive SOPs for common area maintenance, defect management, and preventive measures.
- Vendor Governance: Act as the primary authority over outsourced contractors (Lift, Landscape, Pest Control, etc.), auditing their quality and ensuring 100% accountability.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the lifecycle of 25+ buildings, ensuring all assets are pristine, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency.
- Strategic Execution: Move with a high sense of urgency to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement long-term preventive strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of solid experience in Facilities Management or Property Management in Singapore.
- Leadership Profile: A firm, authoritative leader who can manage tough conversations with contractors and drive a "zero-defect" culture.
- Urgency: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making is critical.

Offer & Compensation
