Responsibilities
- Install domestic systems and equipment in private housing (e.g. heating, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or specialist systems as applicable)
- Ensure all installations comply with current regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
- Complete commissioning and handover to the customer
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding work completed and any further recommendations
Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Industry certifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, F‐Gas, unvented, etc. - role dependent)
