We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering high-end residential properties in the London area. The Role
- Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within occupied high-end homes, including:
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
- Maintenance and repair of sanitaryware, taps, showers, and waste systems
- Unvented cylinder maintenance and general hot & cold water systems
- Attending emergency call-outs when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
- Experience working in high-end or private residential properties preferred
- Full UK driving licence
