About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join a growing Fire & Security team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting a portfolio of industry-leading fire and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Promote fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system

About You

  • Proven sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
  • Strong understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially minded
  • Able to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • Full UK driving licence
