About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join a growing Fire & Security team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting a portfolio of industry-leading fire and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Promote fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system
About You
- Proven sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Strong understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially minded
- Able to build trust and long‑term relationships
- Full UK driving licence
