We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering high-end residential properties in the London area. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, strong earning potential, and consistent local work within premium domestic environments.

The Role

  • Responsible for reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within occupied high-end homes, including:
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
  • Leak detection and pipework repairs
  • Maintenance and repair of sanitaryware, taps, showers, and waste systems
  • Unvented cylinder maintenance and general hot & cold water systems
  • Attending emergency call-outs when required
  • Delivering a high level of customer service in luxury residential properties

This is a customer-facing role where professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing maintenance
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • Strong reactive fault-finding experience
  • Experience working in high-end or private residential properties preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
