We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering high-end residential properties in the London area. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, strong earning potential, and consistent local work within premium domestic environments.
The Role
- Responsible for reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within occupied high-end homes, including:
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
- Leak detection and pipework repairs
- Maintenance and repair of sanitaryware, taps, showers, and waste systems
- Unvented cylinder maintenance and general hot & cold water systems
- Attending emergency call-outs when required
- Delivering a high level of customer service in luxury residential properties
This is a customer-facing role where professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
- Strong reactive fault-finding experience
- Experience working in high-end or private residential properties preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
