Install, service, and maintain gas appliances and systems, including boilers, cookers, and fires in residential properties. * Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with current safety standards and regulations. * Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with gas appliances and systems. * Carry out repairs or replacements of faulty components as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners. * Perform regular gas safety checks to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely. * Issue Gas Safety Certificates for properties where applicable. * Ensure compliance with the Gas Safe Register regulations
