Commercial Plumber

Key Responsibilities: * Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations for new restaurant and office fit-outs * Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and carry out regular maintenance on commercial systems * Install and service water heaters, pumps, pipework, sanitary ware, kitchen plumbing and other domestic systems * Respond to urgent plumbing issues with a proactive and solution-focused approach * Liaise with site managers, project managers, and clients to ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard * Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety requirements * Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant documentation clearly and promptly Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) * Proven experience in domestic/commercial plumbing, particularly in restaurant and office fit-out environments * Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, system installs, and fault diagnosis * CSCS card (preferred) * Valid UK driving licence (desirable but not essential) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team Desirable: * Experience with unvented hot water systems * Gas Safe Registration (advantageous but not essential) * Awareness of London working regulations and building standards
