Commercial Plumber – London Salary: £45,000 DOE + Van + Overtime + Benefits Location: London Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Commercial Plumber looking to join a growing, reputable contractor in London? We are seeking a skilled engineer with strong installation experience to join a busy projects team delivering high-quality plumbing installs across commercial sites. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of commercial plumbing installation works, including: * Pipework installation (copper, steel, plastic) * Plant room installations * Hot & cold-water systems * Commercial bathrooms/washrooms * Heating system installs * Working alongside other trades on fit-out and refurbishment projects This role is primarily install-focused, so confidence and proven experience in a fast-paced commercial environment is essential. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years’ commercial plumbing experience, specifically on install projects * Strong understanding of plumbing regulations and commercial systems * Confidence reading drawings and working independently * Ability to work professionally on live client sites * Good communication and teamwork skills * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) * CSCS Card (gold or blue desired) * Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (£45k depending on experience) * Company van & fuel card * Overtime & weekend work available * Paid training and upskilling opportunities * Long-term, steady pipeline of commercial installation work * Supportive and well-structured engineering team
