We are looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work across a variety of systems. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and mechanical systems in both residential and commercial environments. The Gas Engineer will ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering top-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair commercial and domestic gas appliances, such as boilers, space heaters, and related mechanical systems. * Conduct safety inspections and checks on gas installations to ensure adherence to relevant safety standards. * Perform plumbing and mechanical tasks as needed, including the installation of water heaters, pumps, and associated pipework. * Maintain accurate records of completed work, including service reports and compliance documentation. * Participate in a callout rota (currently 1 in 3), with a £150 weekly standby payment. * Travel across the Midlands and London as required. Qualifications: * At least 5 years of experience as a commercial gas engineer. * TPCP1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1, BMP1, CENWAT certifications. * Strong mechanical knowledge. * A clean, valid driving licence is required. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
