Commercial Gas Engineer

Install, commission, and test gas systems and appliances in commercial buildings, including boilers, heating systems, cookers, and water heaters.
* Work with both new installations and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Perform regular servicing and maintenance on commercial gas appliances to maintain operational efficiency.
* Diagnose faults, identify issues, and carry out necessary repairs on complex gas systems, equipment, and heating solutions.
* Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime for commercial clients.
* Conduct thorough gas safety checks on commercial installations and systems.
* Ensure all installations and servicing meet Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, the Health and Safety at Work Act, and other relevant legislation.
* Carry out annual gas safety inspections, issue compliance certificates, and complete necessary documentation for clients.
* Report and rectify any non-compliant equipment or installations
