About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Bathroom Installer—someone who truly specialises in bathroom installations from start to finish. This role is entirely focused on delivering exceptional bathrooms, whether it’s a full renovation, a luxury upgrade, or a complete redesign. If you take pride in transforming tired bathrooms into beautifully finished, fully functional spaces, this is the job for you. Every day you’ll work on bathrooms—planning them, fitting them, plumbing them, and perfecting them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out complete bathroom installations, including all plumbing, fitting, and finishing work.
  • Handle first-fix and second-fix plumbing specifically for bathroom projects.
  • Install baths, showers, basins, toilets, and all associated pipework that forms part of a high-quality bathroom installation.
  • Prepare, fit, and finalise bathroom layouts to deliver seamless, high-standard installations.
  • Perform tiling, sealing, and any additional finishing touches required to complete a bathroom to the highest standard.
  • Conduct site assessments to understand the full scope of each bathroom installation.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on bathroom design, fixtures, and layout options.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation throughout every bathroom project.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing (or equivalent) with strong plumbing competence specifically suited to bathroom installation work.
  • Proven track record of complete bathroom refits, upgrades, or full installations.
  • Ability to manage all stages of a bathroom installation independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring bathrooms not only function flawlessly but also look immaculate.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Surrey for bathroom installation appointments.
