We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in servicing to become part of our engineering team. This position involves carrying out planned and reactive works on air conditioning systems across both commercial premises and selected residential sites.

The role demands a solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their electrical components, alongside a methodical approach to fault diagnosis. You will be required to represent the company professionally at all times, delivering a high level of service while working independently and supporting team operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service conditioning equipment in accordance with current legislation and best practice
  • Diagnose system faults through inspection, testing, and analysis, implementing effective solutions
  • Undertake routine and preventative maintenance to maximise system efficiency and reliability
  • Carry out operational testing and advise on potential enhancements or corrective actions
  • Safely remove and decommission outdated or redundant systems
  • Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and system connection diagrams
  • Experience with ductwork installation is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Comply with all company safety procedures, including safe handling of hazardous substances
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and site contacts
  • Record job details accurately using the company’s digital service management platform
  • Attend scheduled meetings, training courses, and technical briefings
  • Support the development of apprentices and junior engineers
Requirements
  • Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Capable of managing workload independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
  • Proactive approach to learning and skills development
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a mobile servicing role.
  • IPAF and PASMA training can be arranged if required
