The Role
As an Air Conditioning Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of a variety of air conditioning systems within commercial and residential sites across the country with digs paid for. This is a hands-on role requiring technical knowledge, precision, and a customer-focused approach. You will travel between sites, ensuring every installation meets company and industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs, split and multi-split units, AHUs, and smaller domestic systems
- Work across commercial and residential sites.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts to ensure correct installation
- Carry out system testing to verify performance and compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organised workspace on-site
- Provide professional customer service, explaining systems to clients and answering queries
- Accurately record work using the company’s digital management system
