Location: Essex (covering surrounding areas) 💷 Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Company Van + Benefits 🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, working across commercial and residential sites throughout Essex and the surrounding counties. Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various AC systems including VRV/VRF, split, and multi-split systems * Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively * Respond to reactive callouts and emergency breakdowns * Complete detailed job reports and maintain service records * Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations * Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Requirements: ✅ F-Gas 2079 Certification (Essential) ✅ City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in AC servicing and maintenance ✅ Full UK driving licence ✅ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: ✔ Competitive basic salary + generous overtime ✔ Fully equipped company van + fuel card ✔ 25 days annual leave + bank holidays ✔ Pension scheme ✔ Ongoing training & development opportunities ✔ Uniform, tools, and mobile phone/tablet provided
