What you’ll do

  • Ideate, plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns related to Fnatic’s franchised game titles (e.g. Counter‑Strike, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow Six), and build strong relationships with associated game publishers.
  • Develop and execute activations for digital assets and in‑game items, as well as product launches and other brand activity; utilising content and creator capability effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing activations deliver Fnatic’s brand promise and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with Fnatic Studios, Social, Creators, Product, and Community teams to deliver storytelling and asset creation.
  • Manage CRM/product marketing initiatives tied to digital drops and title‑specific campaigns.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns.
  • Lead campaign measurement, tracking KPIs, forecasting ROI and managing spend.
  • Monitor fan sentiment and youth culture trends; ensure activations resonate authentically.
  • Perform post‑campaign analysis, distilling insights to inform the next iteration.
  • Support global roll‑out, tailoring campaigns for different markets while maintaining consistency.
  • Brief and liaise with external agencies or partners when needed (e.g. for digital items or influencer campaigns).
  • Collaborate with Legal on marketing regulations, especially around digital items and international execution.
  • Lead ad‑hoc Marketing projects defined by your manager.

We’re looking for
