What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end operation of Fnatic Crew (UK first, with global collaboration)
- Maintain Crew tiers, performance scoring, and progression logic; and identify high-potential talent for deeper partnership
- Ensure all always-on talent obligations are delivered (branding, panels, overlays, disclosures)
- Own the Crew talent lifecycle: onboarding > activation > performance review > retention/offboarding
- Brief Crew talent on activations, expectations, and timelines, and act as their primary point of contact
- Provide structured feedback based on performance data (not vibes)
- Execute paid creator activations (Drops) with partners; coordinating briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
- Track delivery status and flag risks early, and ensure contracts, disclosures, and brand guidelines are adhered to
- Support commercial teams with creator recommendations and pricing logic, as well as surfacing opportunities for additional activations or optimisations.
- Support strong partner relationships by ensuring Crew talent deliver agreed outputs, and maintain partner confidence through strong organisation, clarity, and consistency
- Track creator performance across key metrics (output, engagement, growth, reliability), and maintain associated dashboards and scorecards
- Contribute insights into what content, creators, and formats are working and why
- Work closely with Commercial, Legal, Marketing, and Content/Social teams, and support wider strategic planning
- Lead ad-hoc creator talent projects when they arise
We’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnerships
- Great people skills; able to manage expectations with talent and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of Twitch, YouTube, and short‑form content platforms
- Initiative and comfort dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to work independently coupled with openness to asking for help when needed
