- Ensure all always-on talent obligations are delivered (branding, panels, overlays, disclosures).
- Be the face of Crew in our Discord server, engaging and interacting with the members on a daily basis.
- Own the Crew talent lifecycle: onboarding > activation > performance review > retention/off-boarding.
- Maintain Crew tiers, performance scoring, and progression logic; and identify high-potential talent for deeper partnership (e.g. new Core creators).
- Provide structured feedback based on performance data (not vibes).
- Work closely with Business Development/Partner Success teams help develop creator strategies aligned to new partnership projects.
