Perform a wide range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, and installations for commercial and residential properties. Diagnose faults, implement solutions using analytical skills, and ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service in all projects. Conduct property MOTs and void works as required. Perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of flooring tasks, including intricate maintenance work, custom installations, and repairs.
  • Conduct comprehensive property maintenance and reactive repairs for both commercial and residential properties.
  • Perform detailed property assessments, including MOTs and void works.
  • Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs, providing swift and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other trades to complete multi-faceted projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 (Ideally Level 3) in relevant industry.
  • At least 3 years' experience in flooring in commercial properties.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
