We are looking for skilled individuals to join the team, supporting Cadent’s network. As part of this opportunity, you will begin immediate training to become a fully qualified First Call Operative (FCO), enhancing your skill set, gaining valuable industry-recognised qualifications, and opening up further career progression and pay opportunities within the Gas sector. Locations: Liverpool, Manchester, and across the North West locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 3 Years previous experience working in a gas environment
- Gas ACS Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, MET 1 or MET 4.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional customer care and service.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of various gas appliances and to be highly competent with pipe work.
- Driving License: A full clean driving license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving high first-time resolution rates.
- Experience in working within the homes of elderly or vulnerable customers.
Package
- Hours of Work: Monday to Sunday on a shift pattern rota, predominantly Mon-Friday with a full one-year rota provided in advance. Overtime and call-out available paid at onerous hourly rates (1.33 normal shift rate).
- Earning Potential: Direct package with OTE of £50K–£60K.
