FMS Fire and Security provide consultancy, design, tender, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and service for single, integrated and multi-discipline electronic fire and security systems. These systems incorporate Fire Detection, Fire Extinguishing Systems, Intruder Alarms, Closed Circuit Television, Access Control, Emergency Lighting and Voice Evacuation Systems, as well as Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Cabling and Security Lighting. FMS Fire and Security Ltd are a Quality Assured company certified and audited through UKAS. We hold NSI Gold status for security disciplines and also NSI Gold Fire for the BAFE SP203 scheme.

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to assist in the day to day running of the Service Department. We will provide full training on our Management Software Systems as well as other portals and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and engagement with Client, Management & Engineers in a professional and timely manner
  • Client reporting and updating systems ensuring priorities are met with accuracy and quality of data
  • Monitoring of SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure delivery of contractual specifications and customer expectations
  • To understand clients’ needs and to minimise any service issues
  • Assist with planned and reactive works, along with associated tasks that align with these, including managing priorities and ensuring the required standards are achieved
  • General administration
Skills and Experience required

To be successful in this role you will be required to display good team-working and strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be required to respond positively to changing workloads and priorities, with a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and manage your workload, with high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages. This role would suit somebody who is looking for a challenge and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
