We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Wholesale Team of a fantastic Fresh Produce client in Kent. Our client, established in 1953, is a leading importer, packer, and distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables within the European market. Committed to sourcing and delivering high-quality produce, they collaborate with suppliers and clients worldwide to exceed expectations. With offices in both the UK and Spain, our client provides exceptional service to wholesale, retail, and catering sectors globally. Their dedication to quality and excellence has positioned them as a trusted name in fresh produce distribution.

The Senior Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client’s market share within the wholesale sector. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate forecasting, and timely delivery to clients.
