POSITION TITLE: Commercial Executive REPORTS TO: Senior Commercial Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Support
- Support the management of customer and supplier relationships.
- Assist in the delivery of sales, margin and profitability targets.
- Prepare reports, analysis and performance data to support decision making.
- Maintain accurate commercial records, pricing and contractual information.
- Trading & Performance Management
- Monitor daily trading performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and stock planning activities.
- Assist with pricing reviews and commercial analysis.
- Ensure timely communication of market and customer updates.
- Customer & Supplier Engagement
- Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support customer meetings, supplier reviews and commercial negotiations.
- Resolve routine queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness.
- Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Technical and Logistics teams.
