Reporting Relationship Service Manager Job Role To install and maintain FMH Conveyors range of products on Customer sites in accordance with customer’s needs and requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to install and maintain all FMH conveyors range of products.
Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Duravant Group whenever necessary.
Train customers on the use of equipment Train customer technicians on service and maintenance of the equipment.
To carry out all jobs in a safe way, ensuring adherence to Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments To complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works.
Ensure compliance with all associated standards.
Complete expenses reporting in accordance with the company procedures.
Maintain a record of time worked, time for travel, etc.
