Are you an experienced team leader looking for a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Team Leader to join our thriving Rapid Response team, where you will play a key role in driving our continued success. Our Rapid Response team provide comprehensive 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance. We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, and the type of support provided is entirely dependent upon the specific requirements of each incident.
As a Team Leader, you will effectively lead, manage and develop a team of claim handlers to provide the highest standard of customer service, ensuring that each incident is handled in a professional and timely manner. You will have a strong focus on our operational targets and performance improvement.

- Salary: £32,036 - £37,480 grows, enhanced by a Day Shift Allowance and a generous bonus based on your individual and business performance.
