As we continue to expand our international retail footprint, we are looking for an experienced Area Visual Manager to lead visual excellence across our growing store network.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of an international fashion brand, working closely with Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams to deliver inspiring customer experiences and drive commercial performance.
The Area Visual Manager is responsible for driving visual excellence, product presentation and brand consistency across an international store portfolio. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams, this role translates seasonal product strategies into compelling customer experiences that maximise sales and strengthen brand perception.
You will lead visual strategy across multiple stores, support product mapping and assortment planning, develop visual capability within the business and ensure consistently high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store aesthetics.
Visual Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with product priorities, customer trends and commercial objectives.
- Translate seasonal collections into compelling product stories and engaging customer journeys.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all stores, including windows, mannequins, product displays, signage and overall store presentation.
- Maintain exceptional standards across visual merchandising, operational execution and overall store aesthetics.
- Partner closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to understand seasonal priorities and commercial objectives.
- Support product mapping and assortment planning to ensure the right product is presented in the right stores.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer trends and commercial opportunities.
- Use visual merchandising to maximise sales, product productivity and full-price sell-through.
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers across the store network.
- Deliver visual merchandising training and coaching to all store teams.
- Build visual capability within stores and ensure teams can maintain exceptional standards on a daily basis.
- Support succession planning and develop future visual talent.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards across an international store portfolio through regular store visits and virtual reviews.
- Ensure consistent execution of visual standards and brand presentation across all locations.
- Support new store openings, relocations and key business projects.
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the retail network.
- Proven visual merchandising experience within a fast-paced fashion retail environment, ideally across multiple stores or regions.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to translate visual execution into business performance.
- Experience partnering with Buying, Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for fashion, product presentation and customer experience.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and internationally, where required.
