Department Manager – Fashion Retail (London, UK)

experienced Department Manager
to join our team and play a key role in
driving sales, optimising store operations, and leading a dynamic team

Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
, you will be responsible for
managing product performance, overseeing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Performance Management:
  Drive
  key performance indicators (KPIs)
  to achieve and exceed sales targets, analysing performance to identify areas for growth.
• Visual Merchandising & Stock Management:
  Ensure effective
  stock control, visual merchandising, and product presentation
  to create an engaging shopping experience. Monitor sales trends, manage product performance, and coordinate with leadership on purchasing and replenishment.
• Store Operations & Brand Standards:
  Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains
  high visual and operational standards
  in line with
  URBAN REVIVO\’s brand identity
  .
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Train, mentor, and
  motivate the sales team
  , ensuring they have the skills and confidence to
  deliver an outstanding customer experience
  . Support team progression through
  career development planning and structured training
  .

What We\’re Looking For:

• Passion for fashion retail and an understanding of current industry trends
• Minimum
  1 year of experience in fashion retail management
• Strong knowledge of
  stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership
• Ability to
  analyse sales data and implement commercial strategies
• A proactive and organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills
