With a proactive approach, you will manage claims efficiently, engage in challenging conversations with our repair network, insurers, fleet, and third-party customers, and tailor processes for optimal client satisfaction. Your inventive solutions will expedite claims settlements while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

About You: You will be self-motivated, with an eye for detail and proven problem-solving skills. You will gain genuine satisfaction from finding ways to continually provide exceptional customer service. You are an outstanding communicator, have strong questioning and listening skills, together with excellent negotiation skills. You are able to challenge information to get the best result for our customer whilst quickly developing rapport with customers and suppliers over the phone. You are comfortable working on computers, including the use of bespoke systems along with Microsoft packages. Experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous but is not essential as all training will be provided.
