Salary: £32,037 – £37,480, Day Shift Allowance, bonus scheme.

Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Team Leader to join our thriving Rapid Response team, where you will play a key role in driving our continued success.
Our Rapid Response team provides comprehensive 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance. We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, and the type of support provided is entirely dependent upon the specific requirements of each incident.
As a Team Leader, you will effectively lead, manage and develop a team of claim handlers to provide the highest standard of customer service, ensuring that each incident is handed in a professional and timely manner. You will have a strong focus on our operational targets and performance improvement.
About You
- You’re a proven people manager (ideally from a motor insurance/contact centre background) with strong communication and leading skills.
- You have a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- You have an engaging personality with excellent communication and proven management skills.
- You excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands‑on coaching and performance management.
- You’re highly customer and delivery focused, you thrive on working in a target driven environment where performance and innovation are constantly being pursued.
- You possess a well‑developed sense of financial awareness, you are someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA’s and targets.
