What You’ll Do

  • Lead product selection with a strong sales mindset, choosing items that are not only fashionable but also commercially successful.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to guide buying strategy.
  • Work closely with designers to turn concepts into highly sellable products.
  • Review samples, fits, and product direction to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Partner with merchandising on assortment structure, pricing, stock flow, and product performance.
  • Monitor weekly sales and take action to maximise sell-through and margin.
  • Contribute ideas for future ranges based on trend insight and real-time customer behaviour.

  • Strong taste level and excellent trend awareness - you know what looks good and what the UK/EU customer will buy.
