Full time / Part-Time Retail Opportunities at Urban Revivo (UR), a fashion brand under the FMG Group, is a global brand known for delivering contemporary, trend-led styles at accessible prices. Following the successful launches of our Covent Garden and Westfield Stratford City stores, we are looking for passionate team members to join our growing UK retail team. Whether you are passionate about fashion or looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment, we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible working arrangements depending on your availability and experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards
- Assist customers with product enquiries, styling suggestions and purchases
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
