This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our busy site.

As part of a team of specialist Customer Service Advisors, you are the face of our Bodyshops. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repair, preparing job cards, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and handling financial transactions, including banking/security arrangements and insurance excess payments. A full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.

You will liaise directly with customers, the bodyshop, and third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
