As a Panel Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, you’ll deliver precision workmanship while enjoying excellent rewards and career progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
  • Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods
  • Removing and refitting body panels and associated components
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Accurately recording all work completed in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong repair and replacement skills across a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Relevant qualifications (ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
