Overview
Salary: up to £23 per hour basic + uncapped bonus. Hourly rate is dependant on experience and qualifications. Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity, as a Senior ATA MET Technician at our busy workshop in Crewe.
The site in Crewe is situated 5 miles from the M6, and in commuting distance from Stoke, Nantwich and Knutsford, with great local amenities. With a recent change to internal structure the site is also under New Management, amazing changes are already happening! The workshop in Crewe finishes over 200 repairs each month, mainly for our insurance contractual partners and our sister companies, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Auxillis. With a team of 16 technicians, supported by an additional 14 support colleagues, the stream of work to the site will ensure you have great potential bonus earnings.
Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and strip/fit tasks as a Senior ATA MET Technician.
- Work within a busy workshop environment and contribute to delivering high-quality repairs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to maintain workflow and meet targets.
- Support and align with the site’s management changes and ongoing improvements.
- Achieve performance goals and participate in the site’s bonus schemes where applicable.
Requirements
- Qualified ATA/IMI Senior MET Technician with full mechanical, electrical and strip/fit experience.
