Salary: up to £23 per hour basic, plus fantastic time saved bonus based on efficiencies (OTE £55k - £60k). Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity as a Multiskilled Technician at our busy workshop in Grantham and take advantage of our exceptional bonus schemes!
As a Multiskilled Technician, you should be qualified/time served in all bodyshop repair disciplines; Panel Beater / Paint Spray & MET to support our team of skilled technicians. Experience of Thatcham Methods and insurance bodyshop techniques preferable. Due to the nature of the job, you will require a full UK/EU driving licence too.
The Grantham branch has a great family/friendly atmosphere! You will join a team of 6 technicians with a further 6 support colleagues to allow you to do what you do best! With a consistent workflow from our in-house partner FMG, you will have a great bonus potential!
