Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity as a Paint Technician at our busy workshop in Caterbury and take advantage of our exceptional uncapped bonus schemes.
As a Paint Technician, we know there’s no better feeling than seeing a customers’ vehicle at the front of the workshop, waiting for them to collect it - it’s what our business is built on. This role is based at one of our smaller, close-knit branches, home to around 17 staff members across two sites: reception and workshop. The team is known for being incredibly friendly, supportive and long-standing - many colleagues have been with us for over 10 years, and one for more than 25. The branch benefits from a loyal customer base, with approximately 90% DLGM work and the remainder FMG. Located just a 15-minute drive from local shops and a retail park, and with a nearby burger van and eatery, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to work. If you’re looking to join a stable, experienced, and genuinely helpful team, this is a great opportunity.
