Due to internal movement, we are seeking a General Manager to support our existing colleagues in our Grantham bodyshop.
The role of our General Managers is critical in driving our Group forward. They are responsible for generating results, business growth, exceeding profit targets, and high customer satisfaction. They achieve this by setting the vision, maintaining focus, driving results, and developing their team within an atmosphere of trust.
Our General Managers are expected to be industry leaders. As a successful and growing business, we are highly selective in hiring Managers with bodyshop/accident repair industry experience, which is essential for success in this role.
The General Manager oversees the entire site, maximising profitability and achieving the operational business plan. They are responsible for resource management, including stocks and equipment, and minimising financial risks.
