Salary: £28,166.35 pa plus bonus and excellent benefits

Hours: 42.5 per week Mon - Fri, Saturday mornings overtime on a rota basis

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Ilkeston. Ilkeston branch has a great family/friendly atmosphere with a great staff retention! You will join a team of 20 colleagues with 7 bodyshop technicians and 13 support colleagues. Local retailers and amenities close to hand.

As a Customer Service Advisor you are the face of our Bodyshop. Working on reception, you are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair/attention. Duties include:

  • Preparing job cards and files
  • Maintaining an efficient and effective system for associated paperwork
  • Providing vehicle progress reports
  • Arranging and allocating courtesy cars
  • Collecting payments

Our Bodyshops are fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to make an incredible difference and apply your expertise and skill. The most important part of the Service Advisor's job is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. It’s your job to liaise between the customer, the Bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service.

You will have excellent customer facing experience with strong administration and IT skills. You'll also need a full UK Manual driving licence if you're going to be part of the team.
