Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus.
Join the UK’s largest accident repair group at our busy and growing Hastings workshop. Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of damage, repair costs, and estimated repair times. Identify the correct repair methods in line with manufacturer and insurer standards. Prepare, record, and maintain accurate electronic and manual repair estimates. Liaise with insurance companies to obtain repair authorisation. Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain repair methods and progress. Assess a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring repairs meet industry standards. Keep up to date with manufacturer repair methods, technical bulletins, and insurer requirements. Work closely with colleagues across the bodyshop and other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Deliver a high standard of customer service, helping return vehicles safely and promptly.
Essential: Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and a full UK driving licence.
