We are seeking a proven Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, Panel Technician, Panel Beater, SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician to join our mobile repair team as a Mobile Bodyshop Technician.
Key responsibilities:
- Travel within the Falkirk area and surrounding locations to perform vehicle body repairs at customers’ workplaces, homes, and approved sites.
- Use the state‑of‑the‑art Mercedes Sprinter and fully compliant repair capsules, including a self‑sufficient power source.
- Complete repairs as directed by a central team—no cold calling or unsolicited visits.
- Continuously develop and apply advanced repair techniques, including Hybrid & EV vehicle repair.
Requirements:
- Full UK/EU driving licence.
- At least Level 2 bodyshop competence (or higher) with proven experience in paint, panel, or body repair.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular training and professional development.
