Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the success of the site, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and top‑tier service.
- Lead and motivate a high‑performing team, overseeing key operational and financial objectives.

- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance with industry standards and develop business strategies.

- Experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
