The Role
As a Paint Technician at FMG RS Ellesmere Port, you will:
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming and filler work.
- Mix and apply paint to manufacturer standards.
- Carry out colour matching and blending to achieve a flawless finish.
- Identify and rectify paint defects where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, Prep Technician or in a similar role.
- Excellent preparation, colour-matching and finishing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
- A proactive, team‑focused approach.
- A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
