The Role

  • Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming and filler work.
  • Mix and apply paint to manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out colour matching and blending to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Identify and rectify paint defects where required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, Prep Technician or in a similar role.
  • Excellent preparation, colour-matching and finishing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
