We’re looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join our growing team in Birmingham on a twilight shift pattern of 11:30am - 9:00pm (30‑minute lunch break).
Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and filler work
- Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out colour matching and blending to achieve a flawless finish
- Identifying and correcting paint defects where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, Prepper, or in a similar role
- Excellent preparation, colour‑matching, and finishing skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A proactive, team‑focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
