This pivotal leadership role reports directly to our Managing Director, making you a key architect of FMG’s success.

As a Sales Director, you’ll craft and execute dynamic sales strategies to fuel revenue growth, elevate client partnerships, and maintain FMG’s position as an industry leader. With a deep understanding of the fleet market, you’ll identify opportunities, develop solutions that go beyond traditional offerings, and champion a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape and deliver FMG’s sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets.

  • Drive growth by leading contract negotiations, identifying market trends, and building lasting client relationships.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling strategies that resonate with clients.

  • Inspire and develop your team, embedding FMG’s values and fostering a culture where talent thrives.

  • Represent FMG at industry events, championing our brand and building stakeholder relationships.

  • First and foremost, you’ll have proven experience in sales and and marketing management in the fleet supplier industry, with a record of achieving targets and business growth.

Salary – Competitive base salary, enhanced by generous bonus and a company car/car allowance.
